Jaeger LeCoultre illuminated world globe table clock from 1935

Fine and very rare, glass, chrome and black marble, 8-day going Art Deco table clock with electric illuminated terrestrial globe.

Case: Glass globe overlaid with paper gores, chrome base with apertures for the dial, octagonal black marble base, electrical connection for the globe. 

Dial: Annular white and gray for the day and night hours, Arabic numerals, minute track above with 24-hour numerals. 

Movement:  Cal. 201, rhodium-plated, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating fl at balance spring, index regulator. Case signed. Dim. 25 x 20 cm.
